What kind of misunderstanding/civilization/ are you talking about Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa?

At a recent UN Conference in Vienna, The honorable Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, used the podium to address the 2,000 participants, including the UN Secretary-General, to complain about "an increase in the manifestations of misunderstanding about Islam and the Islamic civilization in addition to the Muslims' suffering from marginalization, discrimination and hatred in many parts of the globe."

Does Mr. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa know about killing apostates of Islam in the Arab Penal Code which was approved unanimously by the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice and its published in the site of the Arab League? You could download it in Arabic ( http://carjj.org/node/237#sthash.YBTOglub.dpuf )

Article 162 - Al Murtad is a Muslim apostate from the religion of Islam, whether male or female, saying it explicitly or act conclusively significance or insulting God or the prophet of Islam or the Koran intentionally
